We are assisting one of our clients, a well-known Fintech Company (for Banking & Payment solutions) and they are currently looking for Merchant and Customer Acquistion.

Main Function

Responsible for achieving merchant sales volume targets and fee-based income through merchant and customer acquisition.
Also responsible for improving service quality and communication with merchants/customers.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop work programs and budgets for all activities in the Merchant & Customer Acquisition Department, direct and ensure timely execution, monitor, and evaluate to ensure target achievement.
  2. Create, prepare, coordinate, and ensure implementation of acquisition programs in accordance with the established work plan and target.
  3. Ensure all acquisition programs are well-informed, socialized, and clearly understood across relevant units.
  4. Coordinate with related units to improve service quality and communication with merchants/customers to maintain good relationships.
  5. Comply with and exemplify the company's code of ethics and regulations to ensure business continuity and harmony between departments and employees.
  6. Select candidates according to job requirements, coach and guide team/staff to ensure motivation and work productivity.
  7. Perform other assignments as directed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree (any major)

  • Certifications: Risk Management Level II
  • At least 5 years in the payment systems field

  • At least 3 years in a supervisory role in sales/marketing

  • Knowledge of Payment Systems
