We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, an IT Solutions company that is looking to hire an Infrastructure Red Hat position, located in Jakarta.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana to manage log data, perform real-time analysis, and create actionable insights.
  • Configure and fine-tune the ELK stack components to meet the organization's specific requirements. 
  • Develop and maintain a robust log management system to collect, store, and analyze log data from various sources, including servers, applications, and network devices.
  • Design and implement Logstash pipelines to ingest and transform data from diverse sources into Elasticsearch.
  • Create custom Logstash configurations to parse and enrich log entries for meaningful analysis. 
  • Optimize Elasticsearch indices and mappings to enhance search performance and storage efficiency.
  • Monitor cluster health, manage node configurations, and scale resources as needed. 
  • Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Kibana to provide real-time insights into system performance, security, and operational metrics.
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive log data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis using ELK tools to identify and resolve infrastructure and application issues
  • Maintain thorough documentation of ELK configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer with a focus on ELK stack administration. 
  • Strong knowledge of Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana, including cluster management and query optimization. 
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation tasks. 
  • Experience with Linux/Unix systems administration. 
  • Understanding of networking, security, and log analysis principles. 
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Elastic Certified Engineer) are a plus.
