About the job Head of Growth (Social Commerce)
On behalf of our client in the Social Commerce industry, currently, they are looking for a Head of Growth to grow their product. This position will be responsible for product growth and will work closely with the Founders.
Responsiblities:
- Responsible for handling end-to-end digital marketing activities including strategy, initiative, and plan execution.
- Lead a team that consists of 2 people (1 SEO Specialist, and 1 Associate Social Media Manager)
- Develop and monitor campaign budget
- Working with the other team including the Founders to brainstorm a new and innovative growth strategy to achieve the business goals
To perform well in this role, you should ideally possess:
- More than 5 years of working experience in similar roles in tech-based company with B2C model focus.
- Proven ability to build and manage team of managers (i.e., managing managers).
- Strong business acumen.
- Flexibility, courage and tact to leverage professional networks to accomplish goals through formal and informal channels.
- Passionate about building a start-up.
- Well-experienced in handling paid channel and SEO.
And it will be an advantage if you also have:
- An experience as a full-time entrepreneur.
- Have readily available, trusted people whom you can hire to build your team
