Procurement and Sourcing Manager (Cloud Kitchen Restaurant)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-known cloud kitchen restaurant in Indonesia that is looking to hire Procurement and Sourcing Manager.

Responsibilities
- Manage the risk of the stock deficit by ensuring an adequate total amount of vendor count and capacity is met
- Devise effective sourcing strategies
- Discover sustainable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements

Requirement
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in each of the 3 departments of Supply chain which at least one of the experience is in the food & Beverage Sector (procurement, logistics & warehouse, PPIC)
- Minimum 2 years experience working in a manager or higher level position 
- Have experience in handling supply chain system software implementation
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in reading the market
- Talent in negotiations and networking
