Head of Business Development (Education Platform)

We are recruiting on behalf of one of Education Platform companies looking to hire a Head of Business Development who will be leading the team in Jakarta and Salatiga.

Job Description:

- Developing partnership through schools until university level with the teachers or lecturers

- Lead the partnership curriculum program for students

- Implementation for corporate and make strategies to build partnership for internship and training at client company, and supply manpower for the company

- Maintain the end to end partnership process from finding new clients until closing the deals

- Promote the company's products to the potential clients

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as business development and partnership

- Bachelor's degree is required

- Willing to work anywhere

- Willing to work in start up company

- Have a good communication and negotiation skill

- Have wide networking

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented

- Well balanced of positioning as a team player and individual contributor
