We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a Social Commerce company that is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Manager position, located in Jakarta. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Accountable to set the quality standard for our fresh and FMCG products.
  • Create technical standards and processes to be followed by all the functions involved in the supply chain sector, including to setup the audit standard and KPI measurement.
  • Work closely with Head of Fresh and FMCG Business and Head of Supply Chain Management.
  • Product quality champion and change leader.
  • Report directly to the CEO.
  • Build and manage the quality team.

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of working experience in quality assurance for fresh produce or foods.
  • Non-compromising attitude toward quality you have innate love for high quality.
  • Proven ability to build and manage team of individual contributors.
  • Consistent discipline in creating, managing, and operating complex processes with focus on delivering timely results.
  • HACCP and FSSC 22000 certificates.
