About the job Quality Assurance Manager (Social Commerce)
We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a Social Commerce company that is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Manager position, located in Jakarta.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable to set the quality standard for our fresh and FMCG products.
- Create technical standards and processes to be followed by all the functions involved in the supply chain sector, including to setup the audit standard and KPI measurement.
- Work closely with Head of Fresh and FMCG Business and Head of Supply Chain Management.
- Product quality champion and change leader.
- Report directly to the CEO.
- Build and manage the quality team.
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of working experience in quality assurance for fresh produce or foods.
- Non-compromising attitude toward quality you have innate love for high quality.
- Proven ability to build and manage team of individual contributors.
- Consistent discipline in creating, managing, and operating complex processes with focus on delivering timely results.
- HACCP and FSSC 22000 certificates.
