Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and projects in targeted sectors.
- Actively hunt for large-scale project leads and convert them into successful deals.
- Build relationships with project decision-makers (contractors, engineers, consultants, project owners).
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
- Monitor project sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of products and project-specific solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B or project-based sales (preferably in tools, machinery, or industrial supply sectors).
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a consultative selling approach.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel as needed for meetings or project site visits.
