Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and projects in targeted sectors.
  • Actively hunt for large-scale project leads and convert them into successful deals.
  • Build relationships with project decision-makers (contractors, engineers, consultants, project owners).
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and technical presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor project sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of products and project-specific solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B or project-based sales (preferably in tools, machinery, or industrial supply sectors).
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a consultative selling approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel as needed for meetings or project site visits.
