Head of Sales (Cloud Hosting Company)

We are recruiting on behalf of one of Computer and Network Security companies looking to hire a Head of Sales. Head of Sales will be responsible to handle the end to end sales process and will report directly to the CEO. This position will be a key player for the sales and will be working closely with the high-level management. 

Job Description:

- Maintain end to end process from finding new clients until closing the deals.

- Build and lead the sales team.

- Design and implement sales strategies to promote the company’s product.

- Work with the high-level management in order to understand the business needs and goals and how to grow the business as well.

- Build strong relationships with new clients and existing clients.

- Meet the expectation and targets of the company.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field.

- At least have minimum 5 years of experience in sales function in the IT solution/network/computing business.

- Proficiency in English.

- Have good communication and negotiation skill.

- Passionate about sales.

- Can be an individual contributor and team player.

- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
