On behalf of our client, a Tech Unicorn company in Indonesia, we are currently hiring for a Talent & Performance Management Senior Manager. 

Job Description

  • Ensure successful completion of the company's wide Talent & Performance Management Cycle, accountable for the end-to-end process; goal-setting – continuous monitoring/feedback – performance review, talent identification – succession and development practices.
  • Act as the focal communication point that connects the management – people operations – all employees across the organization, managing and ensuring the alignment of all communication/coordination related activity; ensure crystal clear understanding for all related stakeholders.
  • Continuously assess, adjust, drive, and championing Talent & Performance Management related vision, scope, priorities, processes, system, and tools across the organization. Manage and coordinate organization-wide effort to ensure all programs/initiatives are developed by using a data-driven approach that sets priorities for improvement in line with on-going strategic imperatives.
  • Identify any potential of improving the quality of the company's Performance Management practices by using technology or tools intervention, this includes: proposing/recommend relevant tools that support PM practices, propose feature/modified/diminish relevant business process. Gain management buy-in of any of the new initiatives and champion the roll-out across the organization.
  • Continuously assess, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management practices across the organization; propose and modified any of the performance management frameworks to suit the unique needs of each of the business units or countries. Gain the context of cultural differences and seek the possibility of sharing best practice from each to the other country/business unit. This includes to conduct external benchmarking and propose improvement implementation based on the analysis.
  • Ensure connection of talent & performance management domain with another related unit across people operations / across the organization; involved in any effort on building the connection and act as a strategic advisor.
  • Create, manage, and ensure alignment of our performance management policy. Act as domain owner and provide the translation of the policy or the arbitration whenever needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in talent and performance management. Prior experience in setting up end to end Talent Management practices will be beneficial.
  • Able to design, lead and facilitate key stakeholders and to drive and deliver end to end performance and talent management initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of end to end Talent and Performance Management practices.
  • Analytically driven, detailed-oriented, and proficient in using Excel/Google Sheets.
  • A self-driven, independent individual who can work with minimal guidance and supervision as well as capable of managing complex, fast-moving projects.
  • Ability to consult and collaborate with multi-level stakeholders in the organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring a high level of quality in all deliverables.
