Head of Performance (Health Tech)

We are recruiting on behalf of one of the most prominent Health Tech companies looking to hire a Head of Performance. 

Job Description:

• Creating and executing performance marketing & digital branding strategy
• Building quarterly roadmaps for performance & branding
• Liaising with social media, seo & crm team to develop and efficiently executive marketing campaigns
• Managing monthly,quarterly & yearly OKRs for performance and branding
• Keeping updated on market trends & competitor strategies
• Building a high performing marketing team and ensuring effective coordination with other teams
• Managing and reviewing the marketing budget

Qualification:

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing
• 5 years of team management experience
• Working knowledge of all channels and platforms (FB, Google ADs, Affiliate, etc.)
• Prior experience in managing DV360 (self or through an agency)
