Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow corporate language training programs

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients for language and professional training services

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, needs analysis, proposal preparation, negotiation, to closing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients 

  • Customize training solutions based on client needs and business objectives

  • Collaborate with academic and training teams to ensure program quality and client satisfaction

  • Monitor project delivery, training schedules, and post-training evaluations

  • Achieve revenue targets and ensure long-term client retention

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in training, education, or services industry

  • Proven track record in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Experience handling corporate clients. 

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills

  • Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
