Job Description

Develop and execute strategies to grow corporate language training programs

Identify and acquire new corporate clients for language and professional training services

Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, needs analysis, proposal preparation, negotiation, to closing

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Customize training solutions based on client needs and business objectives

Collaborate with academic and training teams to ensure program quality and client satisfaction

Monitor project delivery, training schedules, and post-training evaluations

Achieve revenue targets and ensure long-term client retention

Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in training, education, or services industry

Proven track record in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Experience handling corporate clients.

Strong project management and problem-solving skills
