  1. Role Summary

The purpose of this role is to enable to deliver a consistent and high-quality employee experience across the organization.

The incumbent will be responsible for governance, process excellence, policy implementation, and people partnership, ensuring that all HR processes are efficient, compliant, and data-driven. The role acts as the connective layer between strategic HR initiatives and daily execution, supporting HR leadership through analytics, employee insights, and business-aligned HR interventions.

  1. Key Responsibilities
  1. HR Operations & Governance
  • Support end-to-end employee life cycle (onboarding to exit) ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation with strong focus on data integrity and audit readiness.
  • Coordinate with Finance, IT, and Compliance for payroll inputs, benefits administration, and statutory compliance.
  • Digitize and streamline workflows across HR systems and touchpoints.
  • Serve as HR lead for HRIS / HCM tools (e.g. Zoho People)
  • Maintain master data accuracy and perform periodic audits or data consistency.
  • Create and publish HR dashboards covering headcount, attrition, attendance, and other KPIs.
  • Support in Driving automation, workflow optimization, and reporting enhancements.
  1. HR & Policy Management
  • Support Development and deployment of HR policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage HR communication and ensure awareness across employees.
  • Support customer / internal audits and HR documentation governance.
  1. HR Business Partnering & Employee Engagement
  • Support PMS cycles goal setting, evaluation, calibration, and communication.
  • Engage with employees and managers on role transitions, learning, and performance feedback.
  • Implement engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives and track their impact.
  • Conduct regular connects, pulse checks, and feedback sessions to identify people issues early.
  1. HR Analytics & Insights
  • Maintain, analyse, and present HR data for HR leadership reviews and business insights.
  • Derive trends on attrition, growth, engagement, and workforce composition.
  • Use data to recommend actionable interventions and policy changes.

  • Strong conceptual grounding in HR fundamentals and employment laws.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, HR policy work, and HRBP responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS / HCM platforms and HR data management.
  • Ability to define, document, and deploy scalable HR processes.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  1. Preferred Educational Qualification
  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a recognized institute.
  • Certifications in HR Analytics, HRIS administration, or Process Excellence will be added advantage
