Were looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager who can lead hiring for data and AI functions. The role needs someone who understands the tech market, builds strong pipelines and drives end-to-end hiring with speed and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead hiring strategy for Data Engineering, Data Science, AI and Analytics roles.
  • Having exposure of AI tools to expedite the Hiring process.
  • Partner with business leaders to define requirements and plan workforce needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build strong sourcing channels and engage passive talent.
  • Guide hiring managers with market insights and competitive intelligence.
  • Mentor and manage a small team of recruiters.
  • Improve recruitment processes and track performance metrics.
  • Support employer branding and help build a strong presence in the tech talent market.

Qualifications

  • 8 to 12 years of Talent Acquisition experience with deep focus on tech hiring.
  • Proven experience hiring for Data Engineering, Data Science, ML and related roles.
  • Proven experience in handling Recruitment through AI tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and experience closing mid to senior positions.
  • Knowledge of ATS tools, sourcing platforms and assessment methods.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR or related fields.
