Lead Software Engineer (React/Node)

We're looking for a Software Engineering Lead to join SeeSaw Labs, a remote-first digital product studio helping fast-growing companies build experiences that matter.

This role blends hands-on engineering, technical leadership, and mentorship. You'll guide architectural decisions, contribute to code, and support your teams growthall while collaborating with clients to bring meaningful products to life.

Tech stack:

• Frontend: React, Next.js, React Hook Form, Apollo Client, TailwindCSS
• Backend: Node.js, Express, GraphQL
• Tooling: Nx monorepos
• Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript
  

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience with React + Node.js in production
• Deep knowledge of modern TypeScript/JavaScript
• Architectural instincts for scalable systems
• Previous lead or senior engineering experience
• Interest in mentoring engineers and doing thoughtful code reviews
• Client-facing communication skills.
