About the job Staff Full Stack Engineer (Node.js + AWS)
We're looking for a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to take a technical leadership role in the design, development, and scaling of critical backend and integration systems for a fast-growing platform operating across North America and Europe.
As part of a high-impact team, you will work on systems that power real-time pricing, third-party integrations, and core operational tools. This is a hands-on technical role ideal for senior engineers who love clean architecture, own their decisions, and want to shape platform-level strategy at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance backend and fullstack systems.

Make key architectural decisions with long-term impact

Write clean, maintainable code and lead by example

Conduct thoughtful code reviews and mentor other engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Ops) to solve real business problems.
- Monitor and optimize live systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Help define the long-term technical roadmap and explore opportunities for innovation

- Languages & Frameworks: Node.js, Nest.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Python
- Cloud & Infra: AWS (Lambda, ECS, Fargate, EKS), Serverless, Event-driven architectures

What Were Looking For
- 6+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer at a product-driven company or startup.
- Deep knowledge of scalable backend architecture and cloud infrastructure (AWS)

Experience with microservices, serverless, and event-driven systems.
- Strong system design skills and the ability to work independently on complex problems.
- Advanced English.
- Ownership mindset and ability to balance technical depth with business impact
