We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join our client team. A fast-growing, AI-native platform for Financial Planning & Analysis backed by top-tier VCs. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CTO, leading a team responsible for the company's Web App and Add-ins experiences two of the most user-facing and product-critical areas.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who enjoys being close to the code, mentoring engineers, and balancing execution with architectural thinking. This is a unique opportunity to join an early-stage product and influence engineering culture, tooling, hiring, and delivery velocity.

LOCATION: LATAM

What youll be doing:

  • Lead, grow, and mentor a team of fullstack engineers working on core product surfaces.
  • Drive technical excellence across the web platform and Office/Google Workspace add-ins.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other engineering leaders to scope, prioritize, and execute roadmap items.
  • Participate in architecture decisions and establish best practices for quality, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Contribute to hiring and onboarding processes to scale the team effectively.
  • Stay hands-on: unblock engineers, participate in code reviews, and guide system design.

What were looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience as a fullstack engineer working on production-grade web applications.

  • 2+ years in a leadership role (Engineering Manager or Tech Lead)

  • Proven ability to deliver user-facing features in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong technical communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with frontend/backend technologies like React, Node.js, TypeScript

  • High ownership mindset you move fast, unblock teams, and ship.

  • Bonus: experience with no-code tools, internal developer platforms, or finance/data-related products.

  • Cloud & Infra: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, MongoDB
