Job Openings Product Manager (Internal Tools)

About the job Product Manager (Internal Tools)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Internal Tools roadmap within a fast-growing, AI-first technology organization. This role focuses on building and improving internal systems that drive operational efficiency, scalability, and engineering productivity.

What you'll do:

  • Own the Internal Tools roadmap end-to-end (discovery, prioritization, delivery, and measurement)
  • Identify inefficiencies across internal teams and translate them into product solutions
  • Define success metrics and evaluate impact (e.g., ticket reduction, workflow improvements)
  • Lead agile ceremonies and ensure strong execution across the engineering team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior engineering leadership
  • Use data and AI tools to inform decisions and accelerate workflows

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years as a Product Manager owning complex, multi-stakeholder products or internal platforms.
  • Proven experience owning roadmaps and driving product outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to run healthy agile ceremonies
    — planning, stand-up, retro, grooming — that drive decisions, not just status.
  • Fluent with Linear (or Jira) for issue tracking and roadmap management.
  • Experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude preferred, Mixpanel, PostHog, or equivalent acceptable).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including VP/C-level interaction.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

  • Experience with internal tools or platform products
  • Exposure to AI-driven products or workflows.

What this Role Is NOT:

  • This is not a customer-facing feature PM role. The bulk of the work isinternal tools.
  • This is not a project coordinator or scrum master role — you must bringproduct thinking, not just ceremony facilitation.
  • This is not a role that attends intake triage, monitors the intake board, orreviews daily ticket activity. The Engineering Manager owns that.

What you'll love:

  • Remote job - work from anywhere in Latin America, no relocation required.
  • USD payment (5k - 6k USD).
  • Paid time off.
  • Direct visibility with senior leadership.
  • Strong culture of AI adoption and modern product practices.
