About the Team

As with every company, the Finance team is a core department that interacts with every other team. Its impact is crucial for the company's growth and its responsibilities influence the Management's decisions.
At the moment, all the team members are based in Manila (Philippines).


About the Role

You will be responsible for:

- Overseeing operations process from creation of order to collection of receivables

- Determine monthly target of collections and maintain a 30 Accounts receivable cycle

- Rule and decide on correct pricing and discounting of inventories

- Resolve client concerns involving orders, collections and returns

- Develop process to improve operations create well-designed documentation of process developed

- Determine risks and establish controls on current process

- Supervise team on day to day activities

- Manage revenue linkage

- Establish pricing guidelines and address high-level pricing concerns

- Forecast weekly collections

- Ensure proper documentation of transactions

- Address audit documents required by Reporting Team

- Liaise with different departments on Finance Operations related concerns

- Report weekly on status of operations 


About you

You graduate in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Finance-related courses. You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Finance Operations. You are a Process improvement oriented person and you have great communication in English.
