About the Team

The Operations team is a key team in the company that provides business support enhancing organizational performance. The Operations Team is responsible for managing Luxclusif’s end-to-end product journey. Including Logistics fulfillment, Quality Control, and Cost Management. Currently, the Ops team has colleagues located in the Philippines, Portugal, China, and Japan.

About the Role

Working closely with the Operations team, to help them make strategic data-driven decisions for our Packaging solutions:

  • Responsible for the optimization of chargeable weight in our shipments, materials management, and packaging quality standards across Luxclusif’s network. 
  • Provides Packaging expertise to our stakeholders, while maintaining an organizational culture that values flexibility, continuous improvement, and agility to meet business needs.
  • Works with Operational Stakeholders to review and develop practical and efficient solutions for Packaging Stock Management.
  • Coordinates and communicates multiple packaging requirements across a network of global packaging vendors and internal/external packaging facilities.
  • Utilizes Project Management skills to plan, schedule, and assess risks to complete the packaging operation.
  • Prepares and approves packaging orders and generates internal study paperwork to support packaging operations.
  • Works with other workstreams to coordinate and drive the progress of the packaging operation to ensure timelines are met. 
  • Supports assigned continuous improvement initiatives.


About You

    You are graduated preferably in Engineering/Supply Chain or related fields. You have a Logistics and Packaging Management background with at least 2 years of experience. You have a proven track record of successfully delivering and managing the implementation of Supply Chain solutions in an independent and proactive way. You also are amazing at communicating and showcasing key business results. Obviously, you are amazing at speaking English.
