Luxclusif is a pre owned luxury fashion tech company, that enables brands and retailers to buy & sell used goods through innovation and technology. We have developed a unique Resale as a Service solution utilized by the world's largest retailers, and are also a global distributor (B2B player) of pre-owned luxury fashion for businesses. We currently have offices and warehouses in Portugal, Estonia, US, China, Japan, and the Philippines.

THE ROLE

You will be part of the R&D team responsible for keeping the business competitive by providing insights and developing products that answer the needs.

You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the product backlog, translating product manager's strategies to tasks, anticipating client needs and overseeing development stages.

THE TEAM

The R&D team is responsible for building up a suitable software solution for different clients that allows them to liquidate their products. R&D team structure is combined by both Manila and Porto members, as we are now creating a new tech hub in Portugal. Ready to join the resale revolution?

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Shaping a new product line, working closely with the Product Development team.
• Transform our current operations and processes into newly built tech products.
• Interface with our Partners to ensure our ideas and products are fulfilling their needs, as well as, ensure they are informed of the status of the product.
• Measure and assess the impact of your product line with small experiments.
• Work together with our tech teams, UI/UX team, business analysts, and internal departments to ensure dependencies are well communicated and coordinated, as well as, guarantee product roadmap, business outcomes, and goals.

• Lead regular backlog refinement workshops to help estimate relative feature value and update delivery forecasts to aid prioritization and manage stakeholder expectations.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have experienced Product owner or similar role.
• You have in-depth experience with agile methodologies, technical understanding of products, and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.
• You are meticulous, you have developed organizational skills, a hands-on attitude, and the ability to work on multiple projects in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment;
• You are experienced with tech-enabled products inside retail, e-commerce, trading, fashion, or integrations.
• You are a technology enthusiast, dynamic with an orientation to detail.
• You have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have experience with JIRA, or a similar agile product management tool set.
