About The Team

The Customer Service Unit is responsible for driving a great consumer experience and also to make sure the client's wishes are processed accurately.

About The Role

  • Addressing customer inquiries and requests via E-mail and Freshdesk ticketing platform in a professional and timely manner;
  • Customer retention;
  • Negotiate with customers in a strategic manner that will lead to a potential sale;
  • Document and report incidents;
  • Review and finalize customer purchase orders.
  • Process orders for dispatch;
  • Work closely with the BD Team to stay updated on client policies and processes;

About You

You are at least 3 years experienced in customer service. Help others solving their problems makes you happy and you love to communicate all day long. You're pragmatic, objective and you are very task oriented. Obviously, your english skills are amazing.
