THE ROLE

The Data Engineer will be part of our Data cluster, responsible for the development of strategic data products to enable company competitiveness and analytical insights collaborating closer with R&D Products line. We're looking for a team player that is passionate about tech products and is looking for eager opportunities to grow.

THE TEAM

The R&D team is responsible for building up a suitable software solution for different clients that allows them to liquidate their products. The R&D team structure is based in Manila, Porto and Brazil members.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Collaboratively design, build, and maintain services within our platform.

  • Working closely with our Data Analysts and Software Engineering teams in highly impactful and complex challenges. Design, Build and Expand our data products, taking them to the next level while using state-of-the-art technologies.

  • Collaborate with our Data Analysts and Software Engineering teams to deliver efficient data products.

  • Design and develop scalable and performance oriented services with a strong emphasis on algorithmic design and scalability.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a Computer Science, Information Systems degree or equivalent specialized training/certification.

  • You have at least 2-5 years of experience in the role or similar and proven experience with data engineering environments, building and architecture production-level data products.

  • Youre capable to design, model and develop big-data ETLs and orchestration is not a problem for you and youre also comfortable speaking English.

  • Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud environments are a plus.
