About the Team

The Merchandise Team is responsible to search and acquire the pre-loved items by liaising with suppliers and internally within Luxclusif. As Merchandise Strategy Manager you will be responsible for a team that conceptualizes, develops and implements new categories and businesses within Merchandise team. You will be designing Luxclusif mid/long term strategy within a Merchandise scope and liaising with other business units.

About the Role

CATEGORY/BRAND SALES PERFORMANCE & GROWTH

  • Define merchandise expansion plans that translate Company internal strategy and market trends.
  • Supported by the Product Specialists within your team, work simultaneously on a) improving performance of active categories/brands b) work cross-functionally to establish new categories/brands/businesses.
  • Keep up with Luxury primary market and Resale business to bring new perspectives into our business.


CHANGE & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • You will be a Key Stakeholder in all projects related to Merchandise.
  • For internal projects, you will be responsible for supervising the end-to-end process (planning, execution, closure).
  • For cross-functional projects, you should ensure the objectives are aligned with Merchandise goals, and that our deliverables are done on time.
  • Support innovation and projects that will lead to organizational efficiency and growth, helping the teams to understand the advantages of the changes.


TEAM DEVELOPMENT

  • Plan and support the development of your team members so that they can perform their tasks (and/or future roles and responsibilities) more effectively.
  • Enable your team members to participate actively in the business.


    About you

    You have at least 5 years of combined experience in Category and/or Product management on Fashion Retail or similar (Luxury retail is a plus; Ecommerce experience also preferred). You have experience in project management Lead for department-level projects or participant in cross-functional level projects. Having an educational background from Business, Management studies - Fashion/Luxury post-graduation studies are a plus. And your English skills are amazing!
