About the Team
The Buyback team is responsible for managing and growing our Buyback business unit, which offers resale solutions to brands and retailers to enable their customers to sell items back to them for credit or cash. We currently power FARFETCH’s Second Life program, Selfridges’ Resellfridges resale program, and have a few other partners in the pipeline. By powering these programs, this team is focussed on enabling brands and retailers transition to a more circular economy.
About the Role
Support the development of our go-to-market strategy by defining priority groups and the proposition to be offered to each group
Acquire and close new partnerships
Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding new partners
Keep clients satisfied by delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis and acting as the key point of liaison between partners and internal teams;
Manage projects and workstreams required to support the growth of Buyback, ensuring they are delivered on time and in line within expectations
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly results and annual targets);
Enhance the department and organization's reputation by taking ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and proactively identifying opportunities to add value.
You have more than 5 years of experience in a project management, business development, or a commercial growth focussed role. You are an excellent communicator and problem solver, and love working collaboratively in a cross-functional role.
