Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. - Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. - Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are met. - Monitor and control inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of guest requests and special cleaning services. - Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient housekeeping operations. - Handle guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to housekeeping staff. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years experience in a housekeeping supervisory role in a luxury hotel or resort. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. - Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, products, and equipment. - Proficient in English, both written and verbal. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - Must be legally eligible to work in Dubai.
