Training Officer

As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for our luxury brand clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their specific training needs and develop customized programs to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients to identify training needs and develop customized training programs - Design and develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and activities - Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements - Stay updated on industry trends and developments to ensure training programs are relevant and effective - Manage training budget and resources - Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their training needs are met - Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce training concepts and skills - Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives - Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years experience in training and development, preferably in the luxury industry - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong organizational and project management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and training software - Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles - Ability to travel as needed If you have a passion for training and development and are looking for a new opportunity in the luxury industry, we want to hear from you!
