Waitress

Job Title: Waitress Company Overview: Luxury Jobs is a leading hospitality company that provides exceptional service and unforgettable experiences to its guests. We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waitress to join our team in Doha, Qatar. Job Summary: As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are delivered in a timely and accurate manner. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with the kitchen and bar staff to provide a seamless dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner • Take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order taking and delivery • Provide recommendations and answer any questions about menu items • Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales • Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner • Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns • Clear and reset tables after guests have finished their meals • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service • Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team Requirements: • Proven work experience as a Waitress or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hotel • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions • Basic math and cash handling skills • Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ability to make recommendations • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds • Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus • Must have a valid work permit for Qatar We offer: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company • A dynamic and supportive work environment • Training and development programs • Employee discounts on food and beverage services If you are passionate about providing exceptional service and have a strong background in the hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you.
