Job Title: Data Platform DevOps Engineer

Location: Porto, Portugal

Work Regime: Full-time & Hybrid

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Design and deliver the cloud infrastructure for the data platform application in AWS, enabling advanced search and subscription capabilities
  
• Define and implement the end-to-end application architecture using AWS cloud-native services to ensure scalability, security, and high performance
  
• Provision and manage multiple environments (Development, QA, and Production) following EKS best practices
  
• Ensure infrastructure governance standards, security controls, and operational best practices across all environments

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS and Azure
  
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation
  
• Experience with CI/CD tools: GitLab Pipelines, Jenkins, Flux
  
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), Kustomize
  
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools: Elasticsearch, Datadog, Coralogix
  
• Good troubleshooting skills for applications running in Java and Python
  
• Basic understanding of data pipeline tools: Kafka, Airflow
  
• Basic understanding of SQL and NoSQL database management
