Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Powertrain Intelligent Benchmarking Analyst to work in a hybrid format (2 days per week in the office in Madrid).

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Competitive and technical benchmarking of architectures, solutions and market trends;
  
• Analyse technical data, BOMs and specifications;
  
• Understand trade-offs between performance, cost and industrialisation;
  
• Collect and structure market and technology data;
  
• Perform competitive and technical benchmarking;
  
• Identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities;
  
• Support early-stage decision-making and product strategy.
  

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

• Engineering background;
  
• Knowledge of powertrain systems, particullary in hybrid systems;
  
• Strong analytical skills;
  
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools;
  
• Ability to work cross-functionally;
  
• Fluency in English;
  
• Clear and good communication skills.
