What You'll do:

- Ensure the operability and availability of production solutions as L2 Support;

- Monitor and manage batch processes and production activities using Control-M;

- Handle and resolve production incidents, including batch and file transfer issues;

- Perform operational activities such as deployments, restarts, disaster recovery and resource management;

- Monitor applications and infrastructure using Dynatrace and other monitoring tools;

- Provide technical support to application teams and coordinate incident escalations;

- Participate in releases, changes and continuous improvement activities;

- Optimise processing chains and improve operational performance;

- Maintain operational procedures and technical documentation;

- Produce availability and performance reports;

- Act as a technical integrator, supporting the implementation of solutions and DevOps best practices.

Who You Are:

- Experienced in Operations / Production Support roles;

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments;

- Experience with Control-M for batch scheduling, monitoring and incident management;

- Knowledge of Tomcat / Apache and application deployment;

- Experience with CFT / Connect Express for file transfers;

- Knowledge of Public Cloud environments, preferably AWS or GCP;

- Knowledge of Kubernetes and ArgoCD;

- Experience with Dynatrace for application and infrastructure monitoring;

- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management tools;

- Good knowledge of ITIL V4 and Agile methodologies;

- English – B1 minimum;

- French is a plus;

- Strong communication, reporting and problem-solving skills;

- Proactive, rigorous and service-oriented mindset.
