LXM Media & Publishing is a dynamic leader in the media and publishing sector, known for our innovative approach and commitment to excellence. We are expanding our teams and seeking a talented Recruiter to manage both general recruitment and specialized media sales hiring.

The Role

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, evaluating, and onboarding top talent across the organization, with a special focus on media sales roles. Youll collaborate closely with department heads and sales leadership to understand hiring needs, manage the full recruitment cycle, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented recruiter with a passion for media, publishing, and digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles at LXM Media with main focus on hiring international sales talent
• Drafting and posting job ads for both general and media sales positions
• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks and headhunting initiatives
• Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews, focusing on skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and leadership
• Guiding candidates through the offer, negotiation, and onboarding process
• Collaborate with department heads and sales/business development teams to prioritise current hiring needs and timelines
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases (e.g., Manatal)
• Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and employment regulations
• Track and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness)
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
• Stay up to date with trends in recruitment and recommending optimisations of hiring process

What Were Looking For

• Proven track record and experience in recruitment, ideally with exposure to media sales, business development, or commercial roles
• Strong understanding of the media, publishing, or advertising industry is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/CRM software (e.g., Manatal)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Fluency in English; Greek or other European languages are a plus
