About the Role

LXM Media is seeking an experienced Romanian-speaking Media Sales Executive to develop advertising partnerships across Romania.

This is a remote, work-from-home position for a commercially driven sales professional with an established network of clients and agencies in Romania, particularly within the luxury, travel, lifestyle, hospitality, and premium advertising sectors.

The successful candidate will represent LXM Media's advertising portfolio, build strategic client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and grow revenue across the Romanian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage advertising sales across Romania.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and media agencies.
• Identify new business opportunities and advertising partners.
• Present advertising solutions and media campaigns to clients.
• Conduct weekly meetings with clients and prospects.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and advertising contracts.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide market intelligence and competitor insights.
• Represent LXM Media professionally within the Romanian media market.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Romanian speaker.
• Fluent English Speaker.
• Proven track record in media sales.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience within media, publishing, advertising, digital media, luxury, travel or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong understanding of the Romanian advertising and media market.
• Existing relationships with advertisers, brands, agencies and decision-makers in Romania.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel.

• Based in Bucharest.
• 15+ years living and working in Romania.
• Experience selling:

Additional Requirements

• One professional reference.
• One personal reference.

• Must be willing to travel to Cyprus approximately every two months.
• Must be available to attend client meetings and industry events when required.
