ABOUT THE ROLE
LXM Media & Publishing Ltd. is seeking a highly driven and accountable Product Manager to take full ownership of our digital products and internal tools. In this role, you will be responsible for entire products from vision to execution and ongoing performance.
You will lead initiatives that impact how we sell, deliver, and optimize advertising in the aviation sector as well as other product lines. You will work at the intersection of business goals, user needs, and technical capabilities.

LXM Media & Publishing Ltd. is seeking a highly driven and accountable Product Manager to take full ownership of our digital products and internal tools. In this role, you will be responsible for entire products from vision to execution and ongoing performance.
You will lead initiatives that impact how we sell, deliver, and optimize advertising in the aviation sector as well as other product lines. You will work at the intersection of business goals, user needs, and technical capabilities.

As a Product Manager, your work will directly impact advertising delivery for major partners like Wizz Air and Cyprus Airways
Youll build the technology together with Development team using the latest technology to power a global travel media business.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Own the full lifecycle of key digital products ensuring quality delivery and continuous improvement
- Define product vision and roadmaps aligned with commercial strategy, operational needs, and user feedback
- Conceive, assess, and shape new product ideas through research, validation, and structured planning
- Work directly with developers to scope and deliver technical solutions; serve as the primary decision-maker on product priorities and trade-offs
- Collaborate with internal and external teams including sales, operations, finance, and development
- Write specs, and testing requirements; manage backlogs, sprints, and release plans using Agile practices.
- Monitor and improve product performance using KPIs, platform usage data, and feedback from both internal users and external clients.
- Ensure compliance with IT security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
Essential Skills
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Marketing); a Masters is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Manager or related role, preferably within media, digital advertising, or SaaS environments.
- Proven experience owning full products (not just individual features), with a track record of managing scope, scale, and complexity.
- Solid understanding of Agile product development and SDLC.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially when aligning stakeholders with different goals and technical fluency.
- Confident using tools like JIRA, Notion, Microsoft Suite, and basic analytics platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Background in B2B digital products or internal tooling
- Experience with AdTech, media automation, or airline-related digital platforms
- Familiarity with APIs, data structures, and CRM ecosystems (e.g. Pipedrive)
