LyfeDesign.com is seeking a skilled and experienced Deli/ Coffee Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of a well known establishment in FREEPORT / GRAND BAHAMAS. As the Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving the overall success of the outlet. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational.

Job Brief

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
  • Implement and maintain high standards of service, cleanliness and organization
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure product availability
  • Train and supervise a team of baristas and support staff
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and excellent customer service
  • Conduct staff meetings, provide feedback and address performance issues when necessary
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience by maintaining a welcoming and friendly atmosphere
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns and feedback with professionalism and efficiency
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and manage the coffee shops financial performance, including budgeting and cost control
  • Analyze sales trends, set pricing strategies, and identify opportunities for revenue growths
  • Implement effective cash handling procedures and oversee point-of-sale operations
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase sales
  • Build relationships with the local community to enhance the coffee shops presence and reputation

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry
