Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Preferably a Financial Management, Operations Management or any other business courses.
- With or without experience, and willing to be trained
Job Summary:
- The position shall handle all payroll transactions and other regulatory transactions related to it. The position will monitor, maintain, and record the attendance of all employees, including all their tardiness and leaves.
- Complete Employee Attendance before payroll run of Assistant Managers, Probationaries
- Computation of Salaries and Wages
- Update all applicable changes in employee salary, payroll group and rank payroll such as basic
- Ensures that all applicable deductions to employees are properly accounted for.
- Submit and coordinate with finance for processing of check
- Monitoring of meal reimbursements of branches and sites
