Planning and Design Engineer

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferably a Civil Engineering Graduate
• Knowledgeable in CAD operation
• Willing to be assigned in Calamba City

Job Summary:

• Manages and secures all designs and specifications needed for the newly acquired property to be operational for development.
• Coordinates the plans and designs provided by outsourced professionals and then submits them to the Vice President of Engineering and Management Committee of the Company for the Project Planning Procedures for approval.
• Assists and coordinates for the inspection of the property-subjected for development.
• Assists and coordinates for the inspection of the property-subjected for development.
• Facilitate the review of agreements between the company and all contractors.
• Assists Sales and Marketing Department for their Clients technical concerns.
• Accommodates contractors concerns relayed through the Project Engineer/ Area Manager.
• Evaluates Subdivision Scheme for application of necessary permits prior to land development.
