About the job Engineering Assistant Area Manager
Job Description
· The position shall manage the overall monitoring of construction and maintenance activity and other related engineering issues within the assigned area.
· Establish and review site checklist for Project Engineer.
· Review and recommend all the technical specifications of the project construction.
· Monitor the progress of all construction sites.
· Set meetings with contractors. Present Gantt chart
· Checks the quality of every item in progress at construction site.
· Oversees all Deployments and Trainings. Addresses Team and Staff Specific Inefficiencies.
· Facilitates the proper use of issued petty cash funds based on company policy.
Qualifications
· Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
· Relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial level in a construction related field.
· Strong project management and supervision skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Licensed Civil Engineer
