About the job ConnectX | Telesales / Inside Sales

Responsibilities :
  • Facilitate communications among the sales team.
  • Monitor performance and productivities of insides sales team
  • Make recommendations for improving the sales process, approach, and systems.
  • Create a pipeline for M Intelligence strategic products or solutions and close deals.
  • Explore new markets and business opportunities in order to sell IT products and services.
  • Follow-up and finding customers' interests until M Intelligence gets the requirement and order placement via calls and appointments.
  • Approach the potential customers' accounts that M Intelligence gathered from Business Development/Sales information and marketing activities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Software, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1-3 years experience as Digital Marketing, Digital Agency, Sales, Telesales, Inside sales, Account Executive, Customer Service or Business development. or any related fields (Preferable).
  • Good command of both spoken and written in English and/or TOEIC Score 650+, TOEFL (Paper, CBT, IBT), IELTS 5.0+ is a plus.
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel (basic level), Google Suites.
  • Strong sense of self-motivation, adaptability and initiative
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Confidence and a professional phone manner.
  • Proactive and target oriented.
