Job Description

 

  • Your passion is to convince prospects and customers of tailor-made solutions that are based on the Salesforce product stack, while being open to other technologies and methods.  
  • You are responsible for creating value proposals and managing key opportunities and pitches  
  • In close cooperation with a team of experts and the sales department, you define the pitch strategy and story, emphasizing the advantages of our performance promise and delivering a holistic solution for the customer.  
  • You keep various aspects such as customer experience, data or marketing in mind.  
  • You configure and demonstrate use cases in the Salesforce product stack such as Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud in customer presentations and advise customers on approaches and strategies and / or conduct workshops on scoping a desired solution.  
  • You will be in close contact with our stakeholders (e.g. with sales, account managers and service lines) and with Salesforce as one of our most important technology partners.  

Qualifications

 

  • You are solution-oriented, have a strong consulting background and the will to find the best solution for the customer  
  • You have at least three to four years of experience in consulting and / or in the field of software solutions 
  • You have extensive experience in the Salesforce product environment, especially in consulting and configuring the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the Sales & Service Cloud; knowledge of other Salesforce products is a strong plus. Certifications in the relevant products are an advantage  
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to see things from a larger perspective is not a problem for you 
  • High customer and goal orientation, flexibility, enthusiasm, resilience and project-specific willingness to travel 
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
