Job Description

  • Your passion is to convince prospects and customers of tailor-made solutions that build on the product stack of the Adobe Experience Cloud and other customer experience solutions such as Sitecore, Drupal, Contentful or Magnolia etc., while you are open to other technologies and Methods.  
  • You are responsible for creating value proposals and managing key opportunities and pitches  
  • In close cooperation with a team of experts and the sales department, you define the pitch strategy and story, emphasizing the advantages of our performance promise and delivering a holistic solution for the customer.  
  • You keep various aspects such as customer experience, data or marketing in mind.  
  • You configure and demonstrate use cases in the Adobe product stack such as Experience Manager, Campaign or Target in customer presentations and advise customers on approaches and strategies and / or conduct workshops on scoping a desired solution.  
  • You will be in close contact with our stakeholders (e.g. with sales, account managers and service lines) and with Adobe as one of our most important technology partners.  

Qualifications

  • You are solution-oriented, have a strong consulting background and the will to find the best solution for the customer  
  • You have at least three to four years of experience in consulting and / or in the field of software solutions 
  • You have extensive experience in the Adobe product environment, in particular in consulting and configuring the Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Experience Manager (mandatory), Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target or the Adobe Experience Platform). Other customer experience platforms like Sitecore are a big plus. Certifications in the relevant products are also an advantage.  
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to see things from a larger perspective is not a problem for you 
  • High customer and goal orientation, flexibility, enthusiasm, resilience and project-specific willingness to travel 
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
