Job Title: Marketing Manager LATAM

Location: Mexico City, Mexico (On-site)
Reports to: Marketing Director

A regulated global forex broker with growing operations in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and now Latin America is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute its regional strategy from its Mexico City office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to support brand growth and client acquisition in LATAM.

  • Manage and adapt global marketing campaigns across digital, in-person, and event channels.

  • Plan and execute social media content and advertising in Spanish and/or Portuguese.

  • Collaborate with global and local sales teams to align marketing with business objectives.

  • Establish partnerships with local influencers, financial media, and affiliates.

  • Lead participation in local events such as expos, seminars, and roadshows, handling logistics and marketing.

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, ROI, and customer behavior insights.

  • Ensure compliance with local marketing regulations and brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in regional marketing, ideally within financial services, trading, fintech, or online brokerage.

  • Strong understanding of Latin American consumer behavior and media channels.

  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.

  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
