Full-Stack Engineer (m/f/d) – Health-Tech SaaS, Mental Health | Berlin, Hybrid

The opportunity

Our client is a fast-growing German health-tech company building AI-powered software for mental-health professionals. Their platform takes administrative work off practitioners so they can spend more time with patients. The business is profitable, self-funded and already the market leader in its segment.

They are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to own features end to end: from the problem, through architecture and implementation, to release and the fixes that follow. You join a small, senior engineering team reporting directly to the CTO, with real influence over how the platform is built.

What you'll do

• Own features end to end, frontend, backend and everything in between
• Make the technical decisions, from library choice to feature architecture, and defend them
• Integrate AI services and build dependable systems around probabilistic output
• Build real-time features with WebSocket-based live capabilities
• Ship on desktop (Electron: main and renderer architecture, auto-update, offline-first) and mobile (React Native)
• Iterate fast with continuous deployment, with traceable test evidence where the product falls under EU MDR

What you bring

• Real full-stack experience: strong React and TypeScript, plus API design, data modelling, relational databases and async processing you have built and operated yourself
• Software you have shipped that real users depend on, and supported afterwards
• Debugging strength across the whole stack: you find the cause rather than guess
• Real autonomy: you identify what needs doing, decide, and ship
• Clear written English and comfort working async
• Typically 5+ years, with a visible track record of ownership and impact

Nice to have: LLM application engineering, Electron or another desktop platform incl. code signing and auto-update, React Native and app-store releases, audio processing or transcription, healthcare or other regulated environments, German.
