About the Role

Youll support the Head of IT in leading day-to-day operations and long-term IT strategy across a distributed care network. This includes:

  • Managing and executing IT projects end to end

  • Driving the rollout and optimisation of Microsoft 365

  • Coordinating service providers and infrastructure upgrades

  • Coaching and developing a small internal IT team

  • Supporting 24/7 operations with high reliability standards

  • Collaborating closely with department heads and senior stakeholders

What You Bring

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management or team leadership

  • Proven experience with Microsoft 365 implementation

  • Excellent German (C1+) and working-level English

  • Experience in healthcare or public administration is a plus

  • Bonus: familiarity with public procurement (Vergaberecht)
