What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues remotely and on-

  site

• Maintain servers, switches, networks, and client infrastructure

• Install and configure new IT solutions

• Lead server migrations and network rollouts

• Ensure secure, smooth IT operations for diverse customers

Your Skills & Experience

Must-Haves

• Vocational IT training or comparable experience 

  Strong in: Windows Server, Exchange, Hyper-V, Active Directory, DNS, Microsoft Office

• Familiar with VLANs, LAG, and switch stacking

• Service-driven, reliable, and independent

Nice-to-Haves

• SQL Server knowledge

• Firewall configuration experience

• Familiarity with IT security and infrastructure projects
