Your Key Responsibilities

Lead cost planning, budgeting, tendering, and procurement strategy.
Manage client relationships and provide high-level commercial advice.
Oversee contract administration, valuations, and risk management.
Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and design consultants.
Ensure delivery aligns with governance, QA, and health & safety standards.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
Proven track record in leading projects from early design through to completion.
Excellent English communication (French is a strong asset).
A degree in cost management, quantity surveying, or a RICS-accredited field.
Confidence in managing clients, stakeholders, and junior team members.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook).
