Our client is the UK's largest independent, employee-owned BMS specialist. For nearly three decades they have kept some of the country's most complex buildings running — commercial towers, critical infrastructure, government estates. Two divisions: one builds systems, the other keeps them alive. This role is on the support side, and they take it seriously.
They are looking for a BMS Support Engineer to join their Southern Region support team. We have two openings — one mobile across the region, one based part-time on a client site in West London. Which fits depends on your location, background, and profile. Apply once — we will work out the right fit on the call.
The Two Roles
Mobile Support Engineer — Southern Region
Field-based across the Southern Region. Ideal base: Berkshire or surrounding area. Reactive and preventative maintenance across a portfolio of client sites. On-call rota included. You manage your own day; the company provides the support structure.
Static Support Engineer — London
Approximately 50% on a high-security client site in Feltham, the remainder remote. Trend-trained engineers strongly preferred. Requires eligibility for a high-level UK security clearance — further details discussed at interview stage.

What You'll Need
- Proven hands-on experience in the building controls / BMS industry
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Good understanding of mechanical plant
- Trend / IQ Vision strongly preferred — Siemens, Tridium, or Schneider also considered
- Full UK driving licence — essential
- British National with a valid British Passport (mandatory)
- Static role only: eligibility for UK high-level security clearance
