Your Mission:

- Lead and expand key accounts and multi-project portfolios with strategic responsibility.

- Mentor and guide teams of consultants and project leads.

- Drive new business initiatives, fostering lasting client relationships.

- Ensure profitability, delivery excellence, and customer satisfaction across all engagements.

- Partner directly with senior leadership to shape service offerings and internal growth.

What You Bring:

- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in management or IT consulting.

- Proven success in sales, business development, and client management.

- Strong track record in multi-project leadership and stakeholder communication.

- C1-level fluency in German and English.

- Confident use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel).

- A collaborative, empathetic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
