Recent rejections driven by: (a) candidates expecting significantly higher FIXED salary than the 65-70k incl. variable band, and (b) candidates perceived as lukewarm / not convinced on the role set-up. Submit ONLY candidates who: are genuinely motivated by uncapped commission and comfortable with the commission-focused structure; are certain about the Rednitzhembach hybrid/mostly-onsite model and the commute; and are energised by the mix of account management + new business + field visits. Anyone hesitant on commission structure, commute, or field sales = do not submit.
