The Role

We are looking for a versatile UI/UX Designer (Graphic Designer) who can seamlessly combine product design thinking with strong visual storytelling.

You will play a key role in shaping the visual and interactive identity of M365Connect, designing experiences and assets that connect talent, technology, and opportunity.

What You will Do

1. UI/UX Design

• Create intuitive, elegant designs for web and mobile platforms
• Translate complex workflows into simple, accessible user journeys.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with business and user needs.
• Conduct user testing, analyse feedback, and iterate to improve the user experience.

• Contribute to our evolving design system and maintain design consistency.

2. Graphic Design & Brand Identity

• Design social media flyers, campaign visuals, and marketing assets that reinforce brand identity.
• Support the creation and refinement of our brand systems - logos, icons, mascots, colour palettes, and typography.
• Develop illustrations, mockups, and visual storytelling assets for website and campaign use.
• Ensure brand cohesion across all digital and print platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to produce high-quality visuals that enhance engagement.

What You will Bring

• 24 years of proven experience in both UI/UX and graphic design.
• A portfolio demonstrating your ability to design for digital interfaces and brand visuals alike.
• Proficiency in Figma (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or After Effects are a plus).
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and colour theory.
• Experience designing for social media, responsive web, and mobile-first environments.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to creative problem-solving.
