Design & Strategy

Partner with designers for cohesive, professional visuals.

Conduct market research on IT recruitment trends and competitors.

Create tailored strategies for freelancers, clients, and IT stakeholders.

Audience & Brand Engagement

Analyze audiences and implement personalized messaging.

Perform competitor analysis to highlight unique value propositions.

Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms.

Freelancer & Marketing

Showcase freelancer success stories and build community.

Contribute to marketing strategies attracting top European tech talent.

Qualifications

Proven corporate communication, content creation, and marketing experience.

Strong portfolio in content writing and design.

Excellent English skills (German preferred).

Hands-on with Microsoft 365 collaboration apps, Midjourney, Canva, Figjam.

Experience with ChatGPT/AI tools and tech industry trends.
