Role Overview

The M365Consult Business Development Intern supports fundraising, partnership building, and growth initiatives for the M365 consulting business. This role suits students or recent graduates interested in technology business development, fundraising, and strategic collaborations, serving as an entry point to learn how to attract funding and build investor and client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Research fully funded startups, grants, and investors relevant to Microsoft 365 and cloud consulting markets.
  • Assist in preparing Microsoft 365-focused funding applications, pitch decks, and partnership proposals.
  • Support outreach to donors, funding organizations, tech accelerators, and strategic partners.
  • Maintain and update a CRM or database of funding prospects and track application progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming to develop fundraising and business development strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and funding news related to startups and Microsoft 365 consulting services.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, IT, or related fields.
  • Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn about startup funding, Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and donor relations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with online research.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
